How will my order be packaged?

All packages are sent in plain unmarked padded envelopes or boxes. There is no reference to what your package contains or where it came from on the exterior. Your order and shipping invoice will be inside the shipping box. Sometimes we might even put in a free gift.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere worldwide. However, we advise you to be familiar with the laws of your country and all local laws where you reside. We are not responsible for any person or persons who choose to ignore the law where they reside, nor do we encourage any unlawful behavior. How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders will be received in seven to ten business days from the time it was ordered. When you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation with a tracking number so that you can check on the shipping progress of your item.

 

How do I know that you are a real company and not just some website set up to just take my money?
The only way that we can grow and prosper is if we have satisfied customers. Obviously, ripping people off is not the road to success. If you are not satisfied with your shopping experience at JJCrafts we want to be the first to know. It’s our job to meet the expectations of every customer we serve. If you don’t feel that we’re doing a good job please contact us so we can find out how to serve you better. Besides, if we were con artists you would obviously be able to find incriminating information about us on the web. But please, when you receive your order and you’re absolutely thrilled with what you got we would love to hear about it.

 

Why does the glass product that I ordered not look exactly like what was pictured?
Since all of our glass products are hand blown by experienced craftsmen and are not made by machine or mass produced there will be subtle differences between every item in a series. These differences mostly pertain to slight color and pattern variations. This is great for you because you will be the owner of a truly one of a kind hand blown piece of glass art. We assure you that the piece you receive will be of the highest quality available to our buyers and even if it does not look exactly like the one pictured on the web site, it will be very close. We are not in the “bait and switch” business. The products we advertise on our site are random samples of the products that we ship to our customers. We only stock and ship items from the manufacturers we represent on this site. Our goal is that you will be so happy with our products that you tell your friends and they will buy from us as well.

 

Will my personal and credit card information be safe?
We appreciate your concerns about the security of your personal and credit card information on the Web. This is why we take every precaution to insure that your information is protected. What if my order arrives broken?
Although this is very rare it can happen. Because keeping our customers happy is our greatest concern we have developed a replacement policy to make sure that you still get what you originally ordered.
